The Milken Roar

Spencer Davis, Co-Editor-In-Chief

Eleventh grader Spencer Davis is the Co-Editor-In-Chief of The Milken Roar. In his early years, Davis went to Steven S Wise for preschool until elementary when he then joined the Milken community in 2017. Since childhood, you could often find him doodling characters in his sketchbook, but over time he put his creative energy into writing. In tenth grade, Spencer decided to join the journalism class offered at Milken when his advisor, Mr. Karpel, encouraged him to do so. Today, the class has allowed him to evolve his writing skills and figure out his passion for writing and expressing himself. “I think that everyone has a really profound story and every single person has a lot about them that they never reveal, I really love tapping into that.” Davis still doesn’t know what he wants to do when he’s older but he would like to study political science and/or journalism in college.

Spencer Davis would like to let the readers know that he does not aspire to be Rory Gilmore.
