Milken students will host garage sale January 30

As a continuation of the efforts from the One Voice benefit concert on January 8, Milken students are hosting a garage sale on Sunday, January 30, to raise money to donate to the Yemin Orde Youth Village, whose facilities were burned to ashes in the Carmel Fire in December.
Clothing, household items, furniture, toys, and more will be sold at the garage sale. The remaining excess clothes that were not shipped in the original clothing drive will also be on sale. The students are looking for donations from the student body to sell at the sale.
The garage sale will be held at 18619 Rosita Street for any students interested in stopping by or helping out.
Ruthie Rabinovitch ’12, chair of the garage sale, hopes that this will add to the success of raising over $26,000 from the benefit concert.
