For the next three Fridays (11/7, 11/14, and 11/21) the Israel Club will be teaming up with YOZMA’s Israel group to sell bracelets sponsoring the organization Neve Michael. The fundraiser will take place in the amphitheater at lunch.

Found in Pardes Hanna, Israel in 1940, Neve Michael’s mission is to create a family-like atmosphere for children born into traumatic family situations. Neve Michael opens its door to children ranging from ages four through eighteen, providing refuge and a loving home for over 300 children and youth at risk. Additionally, Neve Michael has an elementary school and daycare that reaches out to other disadvantaged children, as well as the first teenage girls’ crisis center in Israel.

Please consider donating $10 dollars for this cause. Not only will you get a free black-and-white cookie, but you can also help children and youth overcome their family hardships, and help restore their capacities for normal physical, emotional, and educational development.
