Milken students participate in Friendship Circle’s Walk4FriendshipLA

On Sunday, November 10, several Milken students attended Walk4FriendshipLA, Friendship Circle’s annual 3k walk and festival. The event, which took place at Rancho Park in Cheviot Hills, raised funds and awareness for Friendship Circle’s efforts to provide support and enrichment to Jewish special needs children and their families.
Among the Milken students at the walk was Rebecca Kianmahd ’16, who was chosen as one of the event’s feature speakers. Kianmahd, who has volunteered at Friendship Circle for six years, spoke about how her volunteer experience has had a strong positive impact on her life.
