December Student Q+A Part Two- Mikhael Noah ’12
The Q+A- two students, two teachers, each month. This month we sat down with senior Mikhael Noah.

Common misconception about me: That I’m modest. I’m not. Trust me.
Most creative gift, given or received: A breakup on someone’s birthday. Not really creative, but unexpected. She was surprised because it was her birthday, and I was surprised because I didn’t know it was her birthday.
Movie you’ve seen most: It’s either Snatch or Oceans 11, and honestly, there is no reason I’ve seen these two movies as many times as I have.
Book you’ve read the most: The Chronicles of the Black Company, if only because of its density. A 10 book series read 3 or 4 times… it takes the cake.
One thing I can’t live without: My right hand. It literally does everything I want it to. No joke. It draws, writes, I use it to eat, I mean, I could go on and on, but I guess we’ll keep it short.
What you wanted to be at age 10: A train conductor. Thomas the Tank Engine was more than a phase to me, he was my hero.
Favorite gadget: My dopey little 11th Doctor Sonic screwdriver. I love running around and pretending to be smart.
Teacher pet peeve: When teachers assign busy work due to their inability to come up with a lesson plan that day/unit.
Procrastination technique: Reading. Lots and lots of reading. All useless, all silly, all procrastination.
Student hobby: Drawing in class. Mostly girls. I like girls. But I’m sure you knew that.
Favorite thing about being a senior: Ability to be belligerent and not worry about my social standing for the next 3 years. It’s pretty fun. We get into all sorts of mischief now.
Movie star you wish you could take to prom: Harrison Ford or Neil Patrick Harris. I shouldn’t need to explain why.
Topic you love but wouldn’t talk about in a college interview: Lego… sci-fi… anime… video games… comics… nerf guns… you know, the usual.
Favorite classes you’ve taken at Milken: Definitely Mr. Moran’s Brit Lit class this year. It’s never had a dull moment thus far.
Funniest Hebrew word: What is… all of them?
Most memorable learning experience: I’m gonna play it safe, and say all of them, for different reasons. *Because we can’t play favorites can we?
Favorite Milken trend: Nerf Gun Fridays, or Fedora Fridays, or any other theme day. They’re all my favorite, in their own special ways…
Most beloved/interesting item in your school bag: My doodle pad should fulfill both parts of the question. I love the thing, and it should be the most interesting thing in there, only contested by the Wacom Tablet.
